Public Yoga Classes

All-levels vinyasa classes offered in studio and community settings, including Moksha Yoga & Embodiment Arts and Tamanend Park. Classes blend strength, mobility, breath, and mindfulness—designed for real people with real bodies and busy lives.

Workshops

Specialty workshops designed to go deeper—whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refine specific skills. Topics range from beginner foundations and stress relief to strength building, mobility, and themed practices. Workshops are approachable, educational, and rooted in curiosity rather than perfection.

Private Instruction

One-on-one or small-group private sessions tailored entirely to you. Ideal for beginners, injury-aware movement, athletes, or anyone wanting personalized attention. Sessions are customized around your goals, schedule, and body—this is where meaningful, lasting change happens.

Corporate Programs
